Now a day Instagram accounts are being hacked by a hacker, they use your account for their own useful usage eg:- they can promote bitcoin, use your sensitive information, they can sell that information on the dark web
But you don't have to vary about this, you can easily recover your Instagram account with these simple steps
1) Re-install the Instagram app from the play store or app store, once you have done it then follow the 2 step
2) open the app, then click on "Get help login"
3) then simply enter your username or the email or phone number linked to your account, then click next
4)The page shows your account, then you have to click on "can't reset your password?"
5) then it asks you to choose a way to recover your Instagram account, you have to click on the phone number or email. then click next
6) then it asks you why can't you get into your Instagram account. pls make sure to click on "my account was hacked" and then click next
7) Then the page asks you that "do you have a photo of yourself in your account?" if you have your photo of yourself in your account then click on "yes, I have a photo of myself in my account." if YOU don't have then click on "no, I don't have a photo of myself in my account"
8)then the page asks you that"how can we reach you?" ( pls enter an email address that you know you can access. Instagram will use this address to send you messages about recovering your account.)
then click on submit
then Instagram sends you the code you have to enter that code
9) Then Instagram needs a short video of you turning your head in different directions. This helps us confirm your identity, so click on next
then you have to follow some instructions given by Instagram
after some days Instagram will inform you via email that your Instagram account has been recovered so check your email daily
